Celebrity Cruises Taste of London Festival
For 4 consecutive years, Celebrity Cruises commissioned us to help them engage with a younger, more discerning consumer through a premium food & beverage experience at the Taste of London Festival in London.
We designed, built, and operated a fine dining restaurant for the full 5 days of the festival, themed around the latest addition to their fleet, the Edge cruise liner.

The main aim of this project was to convey all 5 of the brand pillars through to the design and build of a visually stunning space, that reflected the brand image, attracted consumers, and created a cut through in a busy consumer show. It had to shine a light on food and beverage offerings, generate awareness of the brand and change perceptions of consumers’ views on cruises.
We executed this by designing a super modern and sleek stand, which took inspiration from one of the areas on the ship. Within the stand, there were multiple zones, all of which tied in with elements on the ship: a living wall for cocktail masterclasses, a fully functioning restaurant that offered 4 different tasting menus, and a comfortable and relaxing bar area.
